Friendship Manor Board Development Jul 10 Written By Heather White “In late 2012, Friendship Manor engaged Linda Wastyn to lead its Board of Trustees through its biannual Strategic Planning Retreat. Linda facilitated the process wonderfully. Before the retreat, while our Board was blessedly not DYSfunctional, it was fairly NONfunctional, more or less meeting to “rubber stamp” work that staff had done. Today, thanks to the work done by Linda and the Board during and following our retreat, our Board is active, engaged, and lively, moving forward with vision and purpose. Linda Wastyn was extremely helpful in bringing us from there to here, and I recommend her whole-heartedly!” — Ted Pappas, President/CEO Heather White
