Kelly Faley brings extensive experience in marketing and writing expertise to her role as a Grant Specialist with Wastyn & Associates. Originally from Peoria, Illinois, she relocated to the Quad Cities in 2010 with her husband, Max Muchow.

An advocate for community engagement and women’s empowerment, Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for Lead(h)er, a non-profit dedicated to advancing women’s personal and professional development. She also volunteers in classrooms with Junior Achievement of the Heartland and actively participates in United Way’s Read United program. Through these efforts, Kelly strives to help strengthen the community by promoting education and mentorship.
