Lynn specializes in wealth identification, grant research, Internet-based research and library research for our clients who range from large nonprofit organizations, small volunteer organizations, and for-profit enterprises. If you have a questions, Lynn can likely find the answer!

Lynn began her professional experience as a market researcher for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company in Chicago. She has 20 years of prospect research experience that began at Barnes Jewish Hospital Foundation in St. Louis, MO, where she established the prospect research department  and identified major donor prospects during a $100 million capital campaign.  

From there, Lynn spent 11 years as the Assistant Director of Prospect Research at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. There, she helped establish the research department that was instrumental in the success of the University’s $77 million campaign by completing profiles on 4,287 individuals, corporations, and foundations who have combined known assets of $2.5 billion. She also implemented Prospect Screening Sessions and database screenings to identify potential prospects. 

 Lynn has trained numerous research assistants for the St. Ambrose Advancement office, consulted with researchers in the community, and presented programs for the AFP-Quad Cities Chapter on the topic of prospect research.

Lynn has her bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Management from Western Illinois University and, since 1998, has been a member of the Association of Prospect Researchers for Advancement, the premier international organization for fundraisers who specialize in research and information management.
