Now Hiring: Administrative Support Specialist

Wastyn & Associates seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to help manage the administrative tasks for a busy consulting office that works with nonprofits and other organizations locally and nationally to make their ideas happen. If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, enjoy collaborating with great clients, and want to contribute to impactful community projects, this role is for you!

We seek a self-motivated individual who can accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision or direct oversight. You should have exceptional critical thinking and analytical abilities, including the willingness to ask questions or take initiative; a desire, willingness, and ability to generate high-quality written work with close attention to detail; and exceptional customer service skills that include the ability to meet deadlines, excellent follow-through, discretion, and strict adherence to confidentiality. Because you will spend a significant amount of time using technology, we seek someone with exceptional computer skills using Microsoft Office and the willingness and ability to learn other programs, including MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Monday, Squarespace, and industry-specific databases.
